- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for bancassurance products.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, agents, and customers to drive business growth.
- Identify new opportunities to cross-sell life insurance products through bank channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in banca or bancassurance industry.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and their applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
