- Drive commercialization of chosen university research and alumni-led innovations, alongside the developers.
- Build a structured innovation ecosystem modelled on global best practices (e.g., Lean based models and venture support frameworks).
- Engage alumni as mentors, advisors, and early contributors to grow startups and research-based enterprises.
- Facilitate company formation, strategic partnerships, and scalable growth pathways.
- Understand funding mechanisms for both commercial and social enterprises, including grants, government support, and impact funds. Connect innovators with capital sources and guide ventures toward sustainable financial and societal outcomes..
Experience
- Experience with business canvas models, lean models, commercialization as practiced by expert angel investors and venture funders (corporates especially).
- Use of AI tools for simplifying work a necessity.
- Between 10 to 20 Years of Total experience.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Start-Up Product Commercialization.
- Marketing Automation. -
- Additionally, 2 Years of Product Design and 2 Years of Business Planning a plus.
- Training and Teaching experience are not counted.
