Role & responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound shipment operations.
- Ensure timely dispatch of delivery routes and achieve delivery SLAs.
- Monitor package sorting, scanning, and loading activities.
- Coordinate with Delivery Associates (DAs), Team Leaders, and Station Staff.
- Track undelivered shipments (DNR, EDD, RTO) and take corrective actions.
- Maintain manpower planning, attendance, and shift scheduling.
- Ensure vehicle availability and route allocation.
- Monitor operational KPIs such as Dispatch Rate, Delivery Success Rate, UTR, TAT, and Productivity.
- Resolve operational issues and customer escalations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and security procedures.
- Maintain station assets, inventory, and housekeeping.
