Position: Cluster Manager Agency
Location: Vijayawada
CTC: Up to 14.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Agency business across multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
- Recruit, train, and develop Agency Managers and insurance advisors.
- Achieve sales, recruitment, and revenue targets.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure business growth.
- Coach and mentor teams to improve productivity and conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with branch stakeholders and ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Agency Channel sales within Life/Health Insurance.
- Currently working in a Core Agency role.
- Experience handling multiple branches/teams.
- Solid team management and business development skills.
- Average job stability of at least 3 years in previous organizations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
