Support the conduct of Outsourcing Committee (OC) meetings and related activities

Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the OC and IRDAI

Facilitate and ensure completion of outsourcing audits

2. Compliance culture:

Support in various initiatives/activities on monthly/adhoc basis for promoting compliance culture

Bringing and executing new ideas to promote compliance culture

3. Product document review:

Ensure timely vetting of PMC documents and provide observations prior to product release, in accordance with applicable product regulations

Prepare and update a pre-reckoner checklist to facilitate effective and standardized vetting of documents

4. Strengthening compliance:

Review and update critical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with applicable regulatory requirements

Maintain a centralized repository to track outages and compliance breaches

Provide timely and relevant regulatory advisories to stakeholders

5. Performing Compliance Audits:





Carrying out independent and in-depth compliance audits for corporate function

Prepare work papers documenting the review procedures performed and prepare review reports

Follow-up to determine implementation of corrective and preventive actions - track and validate implementation

status of highlighted issues; process improvements and plugging gaps basis audit findings

Close looping of completed reviews with respective process owner s / branch heads for review closures

6. Undertake and deliver on special assignments, reviews, and projects as may be assigned from time to time
