Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and implement Oracle HCM solutions, including core HR, Absence Management, Time Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning Management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs on Oracle HCM modules.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM issues.

- Develop and maintain documentation of Oracle HCM configurations and processes.

- Ensure data integrity and security in Oracle HCM systems.

- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Time Labor, Benefits, Compensation,



Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning Management.

- Experience with Oracle OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud Service) is required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to work effectively with stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to resolve complex technical issues.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.

- Strong attention to detail is necessary to ensure high-quality deliverables.
