Job Summary

Heungkuk India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage CNC, VMC, and Assembly Line operations. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve production targets while ensuring Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete Production operations for CNC, VMC, and Assembly Line.
- Plan, monitor, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Lead production planning and coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Stores.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production efficiency, rejection, rework, downtime, and implement corrective actions.




- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO standards and company safety policies.
- Lead and develop Production Engineers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators.
- Prepare production reports, analyze KPIs, and present performance to management.
- Support new product development and process improvement activities.

Experience

- Minimum 12 To 15 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in CNC Machining, VMC Operations, and Assembly Line Manufacturing is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Production Planning, Team Management, Process Improvement, and Shop Floor Operations.
