We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Learning & Development to drive learning initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing training programs for clinical and non-clinical employees, enhancing workforce capability, and supporting organizational growth through effective learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute Learning & Development (L&D;) programs across the organization.
- Identify training needs through discussions with department heads and business leaders.
- Design and implement induction, technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.
- Coordinate clinical and non-clinical training initiatives to improve employee skills and service quality.
- Develop training calendars and ensure timely execution of learning activities.
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records, attendance, certifications,



and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training institutes to deliver high-quality learning programs.
- Monitor training budgets and optimize training resources.
- Prepare MIS reports, training dashboards, and monthly performance reports.
- Promote a continuous learning culture across the organization.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Learning & Development processes and training methodologies.
- Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and competency mapping.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Robust organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external training partners.
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring training effectiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
