Role: Project Manager Civil [Interior & Finishing]

Qualification: BE/ B Tech Civil or Dip in Civil / Arch

Exp: 8-12 Years

Location: Gurugram HR

Key Skills: Project and Construction Management in in High End Luxury Residential Finishing and Fitout. End to to End Project and Construction Management in Villas/ Independent Houses, Luxury Residential Projects.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Be able to manage the Construction Engineering & Project Management of High End Luxury Residential Project Finishing and Interior Work. Coordination with the Client, Architect, Consultant & Contractors
2. Ensure proper coordination between Civil & Structure Work, Finishing & Furnishing, MEP Installation & Commissioning and Project Completion- Delivery.
3. Core expertise in Project and Construction Management in Infrastructure: Group Housing, Luxury Residential Projects.
4. Project Planning, Scheduling, monitoring and execution, Site Supervision and controls.
5. Working Experience in Civil Works: RCC-Steel Structure, Internal and External- Faade development and MEP-STP-WTP, PHE services.
6. 360 Degree Site supervision from Client side
7. Drawings & Design coordination with Architect and Consultant
8. Responsible for project progress and compliance to quality standards
9. BOQ drafting, Quantity estimating, rate analysis with DAR/ market, in depth knowledge of Project Costing-Budgeting and Estimations for Civil, Finishing and MEP works.
10. Billing/ Bill checking of Contractor, Settlement of extra items
11.



Contract administration and stakeholder Communication
12. Knowledge of site QC, Billing and finishing works.
13. Working knowledge of installation of MEP/ Building services.
14. Should have experience in site QA/QS/Work Orders/Local Liaison
15. Define long-term organizational strategic goals and build key customer relationships.
16. Shall Posses Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills

Preferred candidate profile

- Shall have 10+Years of Exp in High End Residential High & Low rise or Villas/ Independent Houses Projects Interiors and Finishing Fitouts.
- Valuable in Reading GFC and Final Drawings, BOQ-BOM from Drawings
- Exp in Finishing Material for Civil, MEP, Glazing, False Ceiling, Partitions, Wood Work and Interior- Exterior Developments.
- Project Costing, Estimation for Projects consumables.
- Rate Analysis, Quantity Verification and joint measurements
- Project Billing, RA Bills.
- Site Supervision and Executions
