Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, referrals, and headhunting

- Understand technical job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective sourcing strategies

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess technical fit and communication skills

- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels

- Negotiate salary and close offers within budget and timelines

- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
