Role & responsibilities

Helpdesk: Handling incoming/outgoing calls from/to employees resolving queries, coordination with tracking team, dropping team

Tracking: Cabs deployed for pick ups on time, tracking employees boarding/waiting, managing employee queries/escalations

Dropping: Cabs deployment plan/coordination with vendor supervisors, drop management physically in drop zone, managing employee queries/escalations

Preferred candidate profile

1. Role - 1, Shift Incharge: (50k in hand approx.)

- 5 years of minimum Experience required.
- Graduate only.
- Valuable Communication skills English -writing, reading, speaking and listening.
- Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT is a must.
- Rotational Shifts.
- Should Manage tracking/dropping/helpdesk team, manage shift independently, handle employee escalation written and verbal.




- should be assisting Assistant Manager with all data/summary of his/her respective shift.

2. Role - 2, Executive/Associate: (35k in hand approx.)

- 3 years of experience.
- Preferably graduate.
- Decent Communication skills Excel is a must.
- Rotational shifts.
- Should have experience of tracking/dropping/helpdesk, prepare daily/weekly reports, controlling/managing with vendor supervisors during tracking/dropping.

3. Role - 3, Executive/Associate: (25k in hand approx.)

- fresher/1-2 years of experience,
- Preferably graduate
- Decent Communication skills, Excel is a must.
- Rotational shifts.
