looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial analysis. This role requires solid accounting expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce setting. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

• Coordinate and support statutory, tax, and internal audits. • Perform vendor and customer account reconciliations. • Maintain and improve internal financial controls, accounting policies, and procedures.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.





• Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.

• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and business teams to ensure smooth financial processes.

• Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy of accounting records. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• CA Inter or CA-qualified candidates preferred (not mandatory).

• 47 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or startup environments is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting skills.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
