Job Opening: Employee Relations Coordinator (ERC)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee relations and strengthen internal communication channels to minimize labor-management disputes and promote a positive work workplace.
- Handle employee grievances and inquiries, conduct monthly grievance analyses, and prepare grievance reports with recommendations and action plans.
- Conduct monthly ERC Back-to-Basics checks (Daily Risk Monitoring) and annual social compliance audits, and follow up on factory corrective action plans.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and community engagement initiatives.
- Conduct training programs for existing and newly joined employees on:
- Pou Chen Group Code of Conduct (CoC)
- Employee Handbook
- Disciplinary Regulations
- Grievance Mechanism
- Other compliance-related topics

- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.




- Build and maintain relationships with labor unions and implement CSR initiatives to foster harmonious labor-management relations.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with local government authorities, NGOs, and civil society organizations.
- Provide guidance and support to manufacturing plants to ensure compliance with local laws, headquarters' requirements, and customer/brand standards.
- Conduct random checks on working hours and attendance practices in coordination with the HR and Employee Relations teams.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyze findings, and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage outsourced kindergarten operations and ensure smooth administration and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Social Work, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Social Compliance, or CSR functions.
