Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead AI-driven healthcare and medical imaging transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, sales teams, and engineering teams to design creative solutions across Medical Devices, Diagnostic Imaging, and Digital Health platforms.

This role combines presales, consulting, solution architecture, AI strategy, and healthcare domain expertise to help clients modernize imaging ecosystems, improve clinical workflows, and accelerate digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Solution Consulting

- Engage with healthcare and medical imaging clients to understand business and technology challenges.
- Support RFPs, RFIs, proposals, solution presentations, and client discussions.
- Build compelling value propositions and solution frameworks.
- Partner with sales and account teams to identify growth opportunities.

AI & Digital Health Transformation

- Design AI, GenAI, Computer Vision, and Analytics-based healthcare solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve radiology workflows, diagnostics, and healthcare operations.
- Define AI use cases and business value for healthcare clients.
- Guide customers on AI adoption, governance, and best practices.

Medical Imaging & Healthcare Consulting

- Lead consulting engagements focused on imaging modernization and digital health transformation.
- Work on PACS, RIS, DICOM, Enterprise Imaging, Cloud Imaging Platforms, and Healthcare Interoperability.
- Conduct discovery workshops and develop transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and quality teams.

Solution Architecture

- Design scalable and compliant healthcare technology solutions.
- Create reference architectures,



solution blueprints, and proposal assets.
- Review technical solutions, estimates, risks, and delivery readiness.
- Ensure solutions meet security, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- 12-18+ years of experience in Healthcare Technology, Medical Imaging, Digital Health, Product Engineering, or Engineering Services.
- Strong client-facing, consulting, and communication skills.
- Experience working in regulated healthcare or medical device environments.
