Role & responsibilities

- Manage and maintain data catalogs, metadata, and business glossary
- Establish and track end-to-end data lineage (source transformation dashboard)
- Support self-service data marketplace platforms and access workflows
- Define, create, and govern data products including lifecycle, KPIs, and certification
- Define data quality rules and monitor datasets to ensure trust and accuracy
- Drive metadata management, data ownership, and stewardship practices
- Partner with business and IT teams to define ownership and governance processes

Preferred candidate profile

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in data governance/data quality
- Hands-on experience with Data Catalog tools Collibra / Alation / Purview
- Robust understanding of data lineage, metadata management, and business glossary
- Experience with data marketplace and self-service data platforms
- Experience defining and governing data products (lifecycle, KPIs, certification)
- Strong SQL and Snowflake skills
- Experience with ETL tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills able to work across business and IT teams
