We areseeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Executive Control Tower to act asthe central monitoring and coordination point for business operations. The roleinvolves tracking key business initiatives, ensuring timely execution of actionitems, measuring outcomes through data-driven analysis, and driving operationalexcellence across functions. The ideal candidate will work closely withcross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure business goals aretranslated into measurable results.

KeyResponsibilities

- Monitor and track key business goals, ensuring timely execution and progress across departments.

- Map business objectives to functions and individuals, driving accountability and weekly performance reviews.

- Identify, prioritize, and follow up on critical action items to maximize operational efficiency and business outcomes.

- Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Measure the impact of implemented initiatives and recommend corrective actions where required.

- Ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and meet quality standards.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support process implementation and operational improvements.

- Proactively identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

- Drive process rigor, governance, and compliance across business functions.





- Support leadership with business reviews, performance tracking, and decision-making inputs.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

- 25 years of experience in Last Mile Delivery Operations, Control Tower, Operations Excellence, or Centralized Operations.

- Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including reporting, data analysis, and automation.

- Experience in monitoring operational KPIs, performance tracking, and stakeholder management.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting with a high ownership mindset.

- Willingness to drive initiatives beyond defined responsibilities to improve operational efficiency.

LanguageRequirements

Proficiencyin Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu is preferred.

Location

Candidateshould be based in Bangalore or be willing to relocate immediately.
