You will be primarily responsible to own and drive revenue growth of 25+ first-time online brands
What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for our sellers, ensuring strong, long-term relationships and consistent communication
- Performance Tracking Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and provide regular performance updates
- Profitability Growth Oversight: Manage the financial performance of assigned accounts, focusing on driving revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Ops, Tech and Support teams to execute strategies that enhance brand presence and customer engagement
Experience Background
- Solid communication skills (English Hindi)
- Good analytical skills (English Hindi)
- B Tech/BBA (Preferred)
Location: Bangalore (In-Office), 6d working
Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ years of full time experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Customer Success in B2B SaaS companies
