Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to gather and validate requirements.
- Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and process flows.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.

IT Project Support

- Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Work closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, and testing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track project requirements, risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect management.

Data Integration





- Gather and document requirements for system integrations and data migration initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define data mapping, transformation, validation, and integration requirements.
- Support integration projects involving ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
- Ensure data consistency, quality, and governance across integrated systems.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
- Translate complex analytical findings into transparent business recommendations.

Stakeholder Management

- Serve as a liaison between business users and technology teams.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
