Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer invoicing, collections, payment reconciliation, and receivables reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, excellent follow-up skills, and experience in managing accounts receivable processes. Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.

* Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.

* Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.

* Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.

* Record customer receipts and allocate payments correctly.

* Prepare aging reports and receivable status reports.





* Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams regarding invoicing requirements.

* Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.

* Support month-end closing and audit requirements.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Female candidates preferred

* 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.

* Experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry is preferred.

* Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and receivable accounting is an advantage.
