Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mendix Developer with Mendix Advanced Certification to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade low-code applications. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Mendix platform capabilities, application architecture, integrations, workflow automation, and deployment best practices.

The candidate should be capable of independently delivering scalable solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Mendix solutions.
- Build reusable components, microflows, nanoflows, and custom widgets.
- Develop complex workflows, business rules, and process automation solutions.
- Integrate Mendix applications with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, OData, JDBC, and messaging frameworks.
- Configure and manage Mendix security, user roles, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.




- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior Mendix developers.
- Follow DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery practices.
- Support cloud deployments on Mendix Cloud, AWS, Azure, or other enterprise environments.

Mandatory Requirements
- Mendix Advanced Developer Certification (Mandatory).
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing applications on the Mendix platform.
- Strong expertise in:
- Microflows and Nanoflows
- Domain Modeling
- Mendix Workflows
- Security Configuration
- App Performance Optimization
- Reusable Components Development

- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills
- Mendix Expert Certification (preferred).
- Experience with Java actions and custom Java extensions.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and React-based widget development.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and middleware solutions.
