Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Hospital Administrator with over 10 years of experience to oversee the daily clinical and administrative operations of our healthcare facility in Karaikkudi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring superior patient care, maintaining regulatory compliances, optimizing operational budgets, and managing multidisciplinary hospital teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Hospital Operations: Oversee all non-clinical and clinical administrative departments, ensuring seamless workflows, high patient satisfaction, and efficient resource utilization.
- Regulatory & Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to NABH/NABL standards, biomedical waste management rules, clinical establishment acts, and local healthcare regulations.
- Financial & Budget Management: Manage operational budgets, control overhead costs, optimize revenue cycles, and oversee billing and procurement activities.




- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor strict healthcare quality benchmarks, patient safety protocols, and infection control measures.
- Staff & Doctor Management: Coordinate closely with medical boards, consultants, nursing staff, and administrative teams to maintain high standards of discipline and care.
- Grievance & Public Relations: Actively handle patient feedback, resolve escalations, and manage relations with external stakeholders, government bodies, and TPAs.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of proven leadership experience in hospital operations, preferably managing mid-to-large scale multi-specialty setups.
- Robust understanding of NABH accreditation processes and local statutory guidelines.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory for effective local team coordination and patient interaction.
