Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transformation PMO Manager to support and drive governance for large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing PMO functions for SAP, ERP, AI, or enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring effective program governance, executive reporting, financial tracking, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage programme governance frameworks for enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Prepare executive dashboards, steering committee packs, and leadership reports.
- Drive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
- Monitor programme milestones, deliverables, and overall execution.
- Track programme financials, budgets, vendor performance, procurement, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with business, technology, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews,



and executive communications.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, reporting processes, and organizational governance.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a PMO Manager or Programme PMO Lead on large-scale technology transformation programs.
- Experience supporting SAP, ERP, AI, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Solid expertise in programme governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with RAID management, dependency tracking, budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with PMO reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
