CTC - Upto 3.6 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

A Sales Executive in a packaging company drives business growth by finding new clients, selling customized packaging solutions, and managing key accounts. The core duties focus on lead generation, client relations, and meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Find new B2B clients in target sectors like food, retail, or manufacturing through cold calls, visits, and networking.
- Sales Presentations: Show product samples (boxes, pouches, labels) and pitch custom packaging designs to buyers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Discuss pricing, finalize contract terms, and close sales deals.
- Order Coordination:



Work with internal production and dispatch teams to ensure client orders are delivered on time.
- Account Management: Maintain regular contact with current clients to secure repeat business and collect payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within packaging, printing, or manufacturing.
- Core Skills: Solid communication, active listening, negotiation, and basic computer or CRM knowledge.
- Travel: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industrial site visits.
