Job Title: Senior Architect Head Residential Real Estate

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Architect Head with strong expertise in large-scale residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing high-rise residential developments of 15+ floors and large gated communities comprising 600+ flats. The candidate should possess strong leadership, design management, execution coordination, and project delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural planning and execution for large residential township and apartment projects.
- Manage end-to-end design coordination with consultants, structural teams, MEP teams, and project stakeholders.
- Review architectural drawings, layouts, elevation concepts, and execution details.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, approvals, and local building norms.
- Drive design optimization, cost efficiency, and timely project delivery.




- Coordinate across multiple projects and travel between sites as required.
- Mentor internal architectural teams and ensure quality standards across projects.

• Work closely with management on strategic planning and project execution decisions.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Architecture from a reputed college or university.
- 15+ years of experience in residential real estate architecture. • Mandatory experience in high-rise residential projects (15+ floors). • Must have managed communities with 600+ flats.
- Solid exposure to project execution, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel across project locations in Bangalore and nearby regions.
