A Dispatch Engineer is responsible for coordinating and managing the efficient dispatch of technical support personnel to various locations to address client needs. The Dispatch Engineer serves as a coordination between the service team and the clients, prioritizing requests, scheduling technicians, and providing support and resources to ensure successful job completion.
Training recent employees and delegating tasks, coordinating the daily workload, documenting productivity, overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, and reporting to senior management.
Role & responsibilities
1.Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements, and placing/expediting orders
2. Delivers items to customers by verifying orders
3. Responsible for the picking and packing of sales orders, the movement of products within
the Stores and Assembly areas,
regular stock checks and stock rotation as well as covering
Dispatch when required
4.Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading, reconciling quantities, and noting
discrepancies
5. Maintain customer vehicle trigger time
6. Monitor the aging report with day wise to liquate the non-moving stocks
7. Analyzes and resolves work problems and assists operators to solving work problems
8. Ensure the QMS standards
