Role & responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, exhibitions, and market research.
- Connect with glass processors, fabricators, architects, and industrial customers to introduce Wings Logic solutions.
- Follow up with existing customers for feedback, service requirements, spare requirements, and new machine enquiries.
- Maintain accurate lead, call, enquiry, and follow-up records in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Support sales and marketing activities through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and other digital channels.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate or diploma holder in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.




- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and meeting recent customers.
- Willing to learn technical products and industrial sales.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to maintain regular reporting discipline.
