Requirement:

- Machine Setup: Set-up and manage VMC machines to perform different jobs including milling 4th and 5th axis.
- Install tools, fixtures, and workpieces; calibrate machines according to job orders.
- Operation: Load raw materials, run pre-programmed instructions (G-code), and monitor the machining process.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and translate technical drawings and engineering specifications into production dimensions.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using callipers, micrometres, and gauges to ensure conformity to specifications.
- Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor malfunctions or tool wear issues during production.
- Documentation: Record production logs, line inspection, insert life monitoring, preventive maintenance check list, quality checks,



and material usage accurately.
- Proven experience as VMC operator
- Skill in operating VMC machinery and tooling as well as precision measuring Instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM
- Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
- A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
- Positive communication abilities

Qualification:

- ITI- Fitter or Machinist or Turner Experience Minimum 2 to 3 Years is must
- Preferably apprenticeship completed candidates.
