- Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge in insurance products, policies, and procedures.
- Develop learning materials such as manuals, guides, and online courses to support the training curriculum.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future program development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop customized training solutions that meet specific business needs.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training role within an Insurance industry setting.
- Solid understanding of OJT (On-the-Job Training) methodologies and ability to design effective on-the-job training programs.
- Experience with Sales Training best practices and ability to develop engaging sales training programs.
