- Handle Commercial Lines products: Fire & Property, Engineering, Marine, Liability, Group Health & Miscellaneous Insurance etc.
- Conduct risk inspections and prepare risk assessment reports.
- Analyze RFQs, policy terms, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with underwriting teams for quotations and approvals.
- Negotiate premiums and coverage with brokers and corporate clients.
- Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in acquiring new business and renewing existing accounts.
- Prepare technical presentations and insurance solutions for clients.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal underwriting policies.
- Manage large corporate accounts through brokers and direct channels.
- Maintain solid relationships with Agents and Brokers
- Monitor portfolio profitability, claims experience, and loss ratios.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Insurance products.
- Understanding of underwriting and risk engineering.
- Broker and corporate relationship management.
- Analytical mind-set with good Excel and MIS reporting skills.
