Senior Google Ads Specialist (High-Budget Campaigns) | Remote

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and business growth.

Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.

Manage large monthly advertising budgets while maximizing ROAS.

Optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversions.

Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

Prepare clear performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.

Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of USD $20,000+.

Strong knowledge of:

Google Search Ads





Performance Max

Display & YouTube Ads

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Conversion Tracking

Proven ability to generate qualified leads and improve ROAS.

Experience working with U.S. clients is preferred.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Google Ads Certification is a plus.
