Job Title: Account Manager Recruitment (BPO Hiring)

About the Role

We are looking for a mature and highly driven Account Manager Recruitment who can independently manage the entire BPO hiring vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end BPO recruitment, client management, stakeholder coordination, team handling, and high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the complete BPO recruitment vertical independently.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and Customer Support hiring across multiple levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand manpower plans, hiring priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Lead mass hiring, volume hiring, and lateral hiring while ensuring quality and timely closures.
- Manage recruitment teams, allocate positions, monitor performance, and ensure delivery against hiring targets.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure SLA adherence, recruitment MIS reporting,



and regular client updates.
- Drive team productivity, mentor recruiters, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in BPO Recruitment.
- Solid experience in Client Coordination and Client Relationship Management.
- Proven expertise in End-to-End Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in Mass Hiring, Volume Hiring, and Lateral Hiring.
- Experience in managing a recruitment team and achieving hiring targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Preferred Candidate Profile

- Mature, proactive, and capable of handling the entire BPO recruitment function single-handedly.
- Strong leadership, ownership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
