Job Description:
We are hiring a ServiceNow ITOM Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience. Service Mapping is mandatory.

- CI Classes & Relationships
- Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
- JavaScript Scripting
- Pattern, Traffic & Tag-based Service Mapping
- AWS / Azure / Google Cloud (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Service Mapping, Discovery, CMDB, and MID Servers.
- Build and maintain accurate service maps and CMDB.
- Troubleshoot Discovery and Service Mapping issues.
- Work with Infrastructure and Application teams to validate service dependencies.
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to Serving Notice Period Preferred
