Job Title: Finance Manager (Growth Stage)
Experience: 2-4 years | Reports to: Founder/CEO

Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Finance Manager to support our growth in the next 3 years. The role focuses on driving financial discipline, ensuring compliance, and building scalable finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Track margins, and key business KPIs and share insights
- Build MIS dashboards for leadership
- Strengthen ERP and automate reporting

2. Cash Flow Management

- Monitor cash flows and working capital
- Manage receivables, payables, and liquidity planning

3. Accounting & Controls

- Oversee accounting, monthly closures, and audits
- Drive cost optimization and profitability

4. Compliance & Regulatory

- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance
- Manage PF, ESI, payroll compliance
- Ensure timely filings of these payments

Requirements

- B com+ MBA Finance is a must have for this position
- Robust knowledge of Indian compliance
- Experience in startups/SMEs preferred
- High ownership and analytical mindset
