Job Title: Java Developer with strong Plsql skills

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on professional with strong expertise in Java, PL/SQL, batch processing, JavaScript, and technical solutioning. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise application development, integrations, and customer-facing technical discovery. This role requires strong execution, problem-solving, and the ability to contribute across design, development, and implementation phases.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java.
- Write efficient and optimized PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and database logic.
- Develop and maintain batch processing jobs for scheduled and high-volume data workflows.
- Build and support front-end or scripting components using JavaScript where required.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across application and database layers.
- Perform code reviews, ensure coding standards, and contribute to best practices.

Technical Discovery & Solution Design

- Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with customers to understand current system landscapes, integration needs, and technical requirements.
- Design scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with SymphonyAI SCPO capabilities and customer business objectives.
- Define architecture, data flows, integration patterns, and deployment approaches for implementation programs.

Integration & Technical Implementation

- Support end-to-end integration efforts across enterprise systems, planning platforms, ERP systems, and third-party applications.
- Configure and support REST APIs,



middleware, messaging systems, and data integration pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer IT teams to ensure successful technical implementation.
- Support integration validation, issue analysis, and technical handover activities.

Support and Delivery

- Support production-quality deployment and implementation activities.
- Assist in resolving technical issues during project execution and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Document technical designs, implementation details, and operational processes.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Java.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL.
- Experience in batch processing and scheduled job execution.
- Good working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience in technical discovery, solution design, and system integration.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, middleware, and data integration concepts.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in enterprise application development and implementation programs.
- Exposure to ERP, planning, supply chain, or retail systems.
- Experience working with customer-facing technical workshops.
- Knowledge of scalable architecture and secure solution design.
- Experience in production support or managed service environments.
