Job Title: AI Platform Engineer, Business Applications

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Business Applications

As an AI Platform Engineer, to join our dynamic business applications team and contribute to the development of next-generation AI/GenAI based products and capabilities for the consumption within Conga. This role will provide you with the prospect to own the AI data foundation, enabling scalable AI use cases through RAG pipelines, vector systems, and enterprise data integration.

You will ensure to design, implement RAG pipelines (retrieval, ranking, context injection) and optimize embedding strategies and vector indexing. This role will play a vital role in building real-time batch data and data ingestion pipelines for structured/unstructured sources, develop scalable services using Python, APIs, microservices architecture and integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, KB, data lakes). A strong focus on data governance is required, including enforcing data access policies, masking sensitive information, and ensuring compliance standards. Additionally,



the role demands ensuring traceability and auditability of AI outputs, along with deploying and operating services in cloud-native environments with robust logging, monitoring, and AI observability practices.

Related experience Your experience of in between 3 to 5 years in software AI development, practices and design patterns. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
