Senior Technical Lead Developer (Angular & Java Full Stack)About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead Developer to lead and guide our development teams in building robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership:
- Mentor and guide a team of talented developers.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in Angular, Java, and other relevant technologies.
- Define and enforce best practices for software development and coding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

- Software Development:

- Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Micro service and other relevant technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Project Management:

- Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Estimate effort, plan schedules, and track project progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Quality Assurance:





- Implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Strong proficiency in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Hands on experience of web technologies like Angular 14/ 16, NgRx Store, RxJs, HTML/HTML 5, HTML, CSS/CSS3, RWD (Responsive Web Designing), LESS, SCSS,
- Deep understanding of web development concepts, including JavaScript & TypeScript
- Experience in writing unit test cases for Angular
- Must have robust Java/Spring Boot backend experience, with a primary skill set in designing and building REST-based APIs.
- Develop and maintain APIs for web-based applications, focusing on high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
