Job Title: Chemical Engineer

Job Summary

The Chemical Engineer is responsible for monitoring and optimizing chemical production processes, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations, maintaining product quality, and improving overall process performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and optimize chemical production processes.
- Operate and monitor Centrifugal Pumps, Distillation Columns, Heat Exchangers, Reactors, and other process equipment.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Analyze process parameters and implement process improvements.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
- Prepare production reports and maintain process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.




- Support preventive maintenance and continuous process optimization.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- 13 years of experience in a chemical, manufacturing, or process industry.

Skills

- Knowledge of Centrifugal Pumps, Distillation Columns, Heat Exchangers, Reactors, and other chemical process equipment.
- Understanding of PFDs, P&IDs;, and plant operations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive communication and teamwork.
- Proficiency in MS Office and process monitoring systems.
