Graduate in any discipline

Experience & Eligibility

---

VRS opted candidates with 15–20 years of service experience from:

• CISF (First Preference)

• Indian Army

• Indian Air Force

• BSF & Other Paramilitary Forces

Candidate must possess a valid licensed pistol

Preference will be given to candidates having:

- Experience in manufacturing industry security operations
- Exposure to rotational shift working

Key Responsibilities / Job Description

---

- Monitor and control employee, worker, and visitor entry & exit movements




- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and workplace discipline
- Conduct regular night patrolling and ensure plant safety
- Identify and report sleeping-on-duty cases and other security violations
- Handle employee/worker disputes and support peaceful resolution
- Ensure prevention of unauthorized entry into plant premises
- Strictly prevent entry of drunken individuals and maintain workplace safety standards
- Coordinate with Plant Head and management for security-related matters
- Maintain security records, incident reports, and daily activity logs
