Job Summary

As a Senior UI Developer at Hexpress Healthcare Softech Private Limited, you will design and develop high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven user interfaces. You will play a key role in translating complex requirements into elegant solutions, mentoring junior UI developers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in up-to-date front-end technologies, a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web pages and web applications.
- Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into high-quality code.
- Architect front-end solutions and define best practices for development.
- Mentor and guide junior UI developers and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, QA, marketing, and the project manager.
- Optimise website for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
- Implement reusable components and maintain a consistent design system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI/UX and performance issues.




- Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and drive innovation within the team.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Computer Application, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 68 years of experience as a UI/Front-End Developer.
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other modern frameworks.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and UI/UX principles.
- Experience with component-based architecture and reusable UI systems.
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
- Strong experience with CSS preprocessors (LESS) and scalable styling practices.
- Experience with performance optimisation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and self-improvement.
