Role & responsibilities

* Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

* Supervise manufacturing of Calcium Zinc Stabilizers (powder, granule, or one-pack systems).

* Ensure accurate formulation, weighing, blending, high-speed mixing, and packing.

* Monitor batch quality, thermal stability, dispersion, whiteness, and consistency.

* Coordinate with QC for raw material approval, in-process checks, and finished goods testing.

* Optimize production efficiency, reduce wastage, and improve productivity.

* Monitor machine utilization, preventive maintenance, and equipment performance.

* Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, 5S, and GMP practices.

* Implement EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) procedures and ensure secure handling of chemicals.

* Manage production manpower, shift planning, and operator training.





* Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for timely availability of raw materials.

* Maintain production reports, batch records, downtime analysis, and MIS.

* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production cost and improve product quality.

* Understanding of PVC processing and heat stabilizers.

* Experience with high-speed mixers, ribbon blenders, pulverizers, packing lines, and material handling systems.

* Knowledge of process optimization and batch manufacturing.

* Understanding of QC parameters including thermal stability, bulk density, moisture, particle size, and dispersion.

* Knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and safety practices.

* Knowledge of calcium zinc formulation
