Key Responsibilities:

- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software.
- Handle user account management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace (basic level).
- Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, network devices, and internet-related issues.
- Install and configure antivirus software and ensure endpoint security compliance.
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, email, and VPN issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.
- Maintain IT asset inventory

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
- Familiarity with printers, scanners, and desktop/laptop troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and support end users efficiently.
