Key Responsibilities

- Ensure implementation of EHS policies, PPE compliance, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
- Conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, training sessions, mock drills, and awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Carry out Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and maintain SOPs.
- Monitor fire safety equipment, first aid readiness, and emergency preparedness.
- Manage environmental compliance, waste management, STP operations, and regulatory reporting.
- Prepare monthly EHS reports and support audits, documentation, and QHSE committee activities.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and monitor progress against QHSE objectives.

- Solid communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle grievances and maintain discipline.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on EHS laws and best practices.
