- Acquire recent customers for current accounts, saving accounts, and other banking products through cross-selling techniques.
- Manage existing relationships with clients to increase sales revenue and retain customer loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant banking products to existing customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 6months-6 years of experience in field sales, preferably in banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of CA (Current Account) and CASA (Cash Savings Account) sales principles.
- Excellent acquisition skills with ability to meet targets consistently.
