Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Data Representative to join our growing Customer Experience team. This position is being added as part of the expansion of our global back-office operations to support our Southern India Sales team and Customer Experience teams across multiple international regions.

The Customer Data Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service throughout the entire order lifecycle. You will work closely with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, and global colleagues to ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and an outstanding customer experience.

While the role initially follows standard India office hours, flexibility is required to occasionally adjust working hours to support overseas teams and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive updates throughout the order process.
- Process customer inquiries and sales orders accurately in the ERP system (NetSuite).
- Manage customer data and ensure accuracy of information within business systems.
- Coordinate daily with vendors, freight forwarders, logistics partners,



and international colleagues to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer orders from order entry through successful delivery, ensuring timely execution at every stage.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to resolve order-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy while following company policies and established business processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Customer Support, Order Management, Sales Administration, Export/Import, or similar operational roles.
- Hands-on experience working with cloud-based ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and data management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global business workplace.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating with international teams.
- Willingness to work from the office five days a week.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours occasionally to support overseas teams and global business requirements.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the office location.
