We are looking for an experienced and agile Safety Lead to lead and drive the safety culture at the Dibang Dam Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE systems to ensure a safe, healthy, and zero-harm workplace.
Mandatory Requirement: The candidate must have successfully worked as the Lead Safety Manager for at least one complete construction project from commencement to completion.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hydel and Dam projects.
- Must have served as Lead Safety Manager for at least one complete project.
- Qualification: B.Tech (Any Discipline) + ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety).
- Strong knowledge of Indian HSE regulations, client requirements, and industry best practices.
- NEBOSH/IOSH certification will be an added advantage.
