About the Role
We are hiring *VKYC Executives* for Video KYC process. You will be conducting customer video verification calls and ensuring KYC compliance as per process guidelines.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Conduct inbound/outbound Video KYC calls with customers
- Verify customer documents and details during live video call
- Ensure 100% compliance with KYC/AML guidelines and process SOP
- Maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation in system
- Meet daily quality, TAT, and productivity targets
- Provide clear communication and professional support to customers
*Eligibility Criteria*
- *Experience:* Minimum 6 Months experience mandatory in VKYC/KYC/ BPO Voice process
- *Language:* *Tamil and Malayalam Mandatory*. Candidates knowing both Tamil + Malayalam will be preferred or tamil single language is fine.
- *Education:* 12th / Graduate
- *Skills:* Good communication, computer basics, typing speed, customer handling
- *Shift:* Day Shift Only
