We do have an excellent job opportunity for the position of "Engagement manager -CFO Service with one of our esteem client in bengalore

About the Role

The selected candidate will own client engagements end-to-end running the client relationship, managing scope and delivery, and being the person the client calls first when something's off. This is not a review-and-approve seat; you will report into the partners with a check-in, not line-by-line review of your work.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the client relationship and delivery for accounts concurrently
- Drive monthly close discipline across clients
- Prepare and present monthly MIS packs, business commentaries, and management reports
- Oversee statutory compliance across GST, TDS, and other applicable filings
- Lead weekly or bi-weekly client conversations independently status, risks, decisions required
- Identify issues proactively and resolve within scope
- Supervise associates and senior associates deployed on your accounts
- Contribute to diagnostic assessments for new client onboarding and existing client reviews

Required Skills

- Chartered Accountant,



13 years post-qualification experience
- Advanced proficiency in working with accounting ERPs - Tally & Zoho Books
- Working knowledge about Financial reporting, GST, TDS & other compliance related aspects
- Advanced Excel & AI Fluency - Pivot tables, Advanced lookups, Ability to crunch high volumes of data
- Good communication skills and the ability to work directly with founders and CXOs

Good to Have

- Prior experience managing more than one client or entity concurrently (multi-entity audit or consulting background)
- Exposure to Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or similar reporting tools
- Experience with startup or SME clients across sectors.
