- Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects
- Oversee the design and development of automotive products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
- Review and approve technical specifications, drawings, and other engineering documents
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial experience: Minimum three years of industrial experience after graduation.
- Proven experience leading a team of mechanical engineers in the industry
