Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Hyderabad, with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating Oracle solutions to support complex business needs. The role involves working closely with clients to understand and enhance their business processes, collaborating with teams to ensure effective system architecture designs, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet integration requirements.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Oracle Applications, including hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Design and develop real-time and batch integrations using OIC

Configure and manage adapters (REST, SOAP, ERP, Salesforce, NetSuite, FTP, DB, etc.)

Implement data mappings, transformations, lookups, and fault handling

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations

Manage deployment across environments (DEV/TEST/PROD) and support CI/CD processes





Ensure integration security, performance, and governance standards

Proficiency in Business Process analysis and optimization

Experience in consulting and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

Knowledge of Oracle HR and other Oracle solutions

Familiarity with integration strategies and tools for enterprise systems

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Robust communication and interpersonal abilities

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred

Required Skills

Strong experience with OIC development

REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, XPath/XSLT

Error handling and performance tuning

Understanding of cloud architecture and security (OAuth, certificates)

Experience integrating Oracle SaaS or third-party applications
