Sub-Contracting Manager | Vasai / Virar Region | 1215 LPA
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience handling 510 subcontractors across multiple locations
- Exposure managing 100200 Cr subcontracting operations
- Strong experience in vendor selection and vendor audits
- Knowledge of vendor rating and performance monitoring
- Positive understanding of expense analysis and product costing
- Exposure to Industrial Engineering (Time & Motion Study, Layout, 3M analysis)
- Experience in material reconciliation, reporting, and documentation
- Marathi language proficiency preferred
